Important: Package Rules (Please Read)

Primary Packages

• Each account may have only one Primary Package.

• A Primary Package cannot be upgraded, replaced, or purchased again once applied.

• These were the original pre-release backer packages.

  
  

Add-On Packages

• If you own the base game, or already have a Primary Package, you may purchase Add-On Packages.

• Add-On Packages provide extra bonuses in addition to your existing account.

• Each Add-On Package may be purchased once per account (no duplicates).

• You may own multiple different Add-On Packages.

  
  

Server & Reward Rules

• An Add-On Package can be redeemed on any game server.

• The included VIP time and title apply account-wide across all servers.

• All other rewards are granted only on the specific server where the package is redeemed.

Delivery & Redemption Instructions

1. After purchase, you will receive an email with your package key code attached.
   You can also find the key in your Gorgon Shop account → Downloads.

2. Log into the game and travel to the city of Serbule.

3. Go to the well near the city center and enter the nearby building.

4. Find the teal golem named “Account Package Manager.”

5. Speak to the golem and enter your key code when prompted.
   Complete any requested information to finish redeeming your package.

Special Note: The title reward will be applied after the next full-service maintenance period.
